All items purchased at ElleAsh Custom Designs may ONLY be exchanged or returned for online store credit at ElleAsh.com with a valid receipt. Exchanges will be for equal value of purchased product. ElleAsh will only accept, for exchange or return, items that are in new condition with all tags attached, in their original packaging, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer within 7 days of delivery date.
